If the wrong product has been delivered or even damaged, you are of course welcome to return it.

Shipping options in Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein from an order value of CHF 96.00.

Orders received and paid for by 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. will be processed and shipped the following business day*.

You have the following shipping options:

PostPac Economy:

  • up to 2kg – CHF 7.90
  • up to 5kg – CHF 9.90

If ordered and paid for before 2pm, your party products will arrive within the next 2-4 working days*.

Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday – or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched the following working day*. With PostPac Economy, they will arrive within 2-4 working days* of dispatch.

PostPac Priority:

  • up to 2kg – CHF 9.90
  • up to 5kg – CHF 11.60
  • Saturday delivery: Extra charge CHF 4.00

If you order and pay before 2pm, your party products will arrive on the next working day*.

Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday – or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched the following working day*. With PostPac Priority, they will arrive the next working day* after dispatch.

Letter:

  • A-Post – CHF 3.90

Pick up in Wädenswil:

  • free of charge

You have the option to pick up your order in Wädenswil. Please contact us so that we can arrange a delivery time.

*Working days are Monday – Friday, weekends and Swiss public holidays are not working days.

IMPORTANT: If you need express shipping, call us beforehand to confirm so that it really works.

Shipping options outside Switzerland

Please contact us via email (info@partyspirit.ch) before placing your definitive order so that we can clarify the postage costs. In principle, the actual postage costs plus a surcharge of CHF 10.00 for customs formalities will be invoiced.
